The Thendoe Entrepreneurship Hub Six-Month Graduate Incubation Program is designed to equip university and college graduates with the entrepreneurial mindset, business skills, and practical support required to build sustainable, income-generating ventures.

This structured incubation journey guides participants through every stage of business development, from opportunity identification and ideation to business modeling, product development, legal and tax compliance, and venture launch.

Through a combination of asynchronous learning, live workshops and mentorship, and hands-on execution, participants develop real businesses that address economic challenges, create jobs, and contribute to community transformation.

Our approach focuses on practical application, real-world business development, and measurable outcomes.

The program is delivered fully online using a blended learning and mentorship model:

• Canvas Learning Management System

• Zoom

• Microsoft Teams

• Digital business tools (Google Sites, Canva, and marketing platforms)

This ensures flexibility, accessibility, and continuous support regardless of location.
