Program Overview 

Our six-month incubation program is designed to transform university and college graduates into job creators. At Thendoe, we equip participants with the entrepreneurial mindset, skills, and tools to identify opportunities, build solutions, and launch sustainable ventures. Throughout the journey, graduates receive guidance from experienced coaches, mentorship from industry experts, and access to funding networks across Africa.

By the end of the incubation program, every participant will have:

✅ A tested and refined business model
