Who Can Apply?
We welcome applicants who:
Hold a college/university degree or diploma, or are in their final year of study.
OR demonstrate a promising entrepreneurial idea or project with potential for social or economic impact, even if they do not hold a degree.
Have an interest in entrepreneurship and creating impact
Are eager to learn, explore, and build solutions to real challenges
Are willing to commit to the full 6-month program
Selection Criteria
Applicants are selected based on:
Entrepreneurial potential
Your curiosity, problem-solving ability, and drive to learn
2. Commitment
Willingness to fully participate in mentorship, workshops, and assessments
3. Impact orientation
readiness to contribute to ventures that generate income and jobs
4. Clarity of motivation & vision
how well the applicant communicates their goals, aspirations, and reasons for joining Thendoe Hub

Motivation Letter – Share why you want to join Thendoe Hub and how you hope to create impact.
Assessment & Interview – Shortlisted applicants may be invited for a virtual interview.
Selection & Onboarding – Successful candidates receive acceptance letters and onboarding instructions.
