Who We Are
Thendoe Entrepreneurship Hub is a pan-African entrepreneurship development, incubation, and business consultancy platform established to address the challenge of high graduate unemployment across Africa.
We empower university and college graduates, early-stage founders, and aspiring entrepreneurs with the entrepreneurial mindset, business skills, and expert guidance required to transform ideas into sustainable, income-generating ventures.
Through our six-month graduate incubation program, we nurture entrepreneurial thinking and support participants through every stage of business development, from opportunity identification and ideation to business modeling, product development, compliance, and venture launch. In addition, we offer personalized business consultancy and professional support services for entrepreneurs who require targeted advisory and operational assistance.
Our work is driven by a singular mission: to build job creators, not job seekers, and to catalyze economic transformation through entrepreneurship.

MY STORY
Founder ~ Rachel Langalanga
Rachel Langalanga is the founder and director of Thendoe Entrepreneurship Hub, a mission-driven business development and advisory consultancy dedicated to helping African graduates build sustainable, income-generating businesses.
She is a graduate of the University of Cape Town, where she studied Bachelor of Commerce in Economics and Finance, and an alumna of the African Leadership Academy, class of 2019, where she was first introduced to entrepreneurship. Initially aspiring to become a medical doctor, Rachel discovered her passion for entrepreneurship and how it can be used to solve real-world challenges in African communities. African Leadership Academy instilled in her the belief that leadership and entrepreneurship are powerful tools to create positive change, a principle that inspired her journey with Thendoe Entrepreneurship Hub.
Growing up, Rachel witnessed the struggles of educated young people who faced limited opportunities despite their qualifications. This motivated her to create a solution that equips graduates and young entrepreneurs with the mindset, skills, mentorship, and resources they need to start businesses that generate income and employment. Thendoe Entrepreneurship Hub guides participants from opportunity identification and business ideation through business modeling, planning, marketing strategies, registration, tax compliance, product development, and launch.
Rachel has extensive experience in business development and advisory services, having worked as a business development consultant for the African Leadership Academy AL for Health Build in a Box Co-creator position, mentoring Kenyan entrepreneurs. She is currently working as a business mentor for the AL for Agribusiness sector challenge. Her academic background in economics and finance provides her with deep insight into market dynamics, business strategy, and financial management. She also holds a Venture Creation certification from ALX and is a recipient of the Mastercard Foundation FAST Program.
Through Thendoe Entrepreneurship Hub, Rachel is on a mission to empower a new generation of African graduate entrepreneurs to become innovators, job creators, and drivers of sustainable economic growth, turning ideas into real, income-generating ventures that transform communities.
